- Custodial Care for hospice, respite, and skilled home care — We will work with/coordinate with Medicare home health and other providers to provide custodial care to fill in the gap for hospice, respite, and skilled home care.
- Private Therapy Service — If you need additional healthcare services, such as physical or rehab therapy, our knowledgeable local experts can help. Personalized Nursing Services
At select agencies, we also offer a comprehensive array of nursing services, including:
- Weekly medication fills
- Private hourly nursing
- Nurse care management
- Nurse delegate for certain tasks, like G-tube feedings and colostomy care
Additionally, our agencies coordinate with Medicare-affiliated skilled home health and hospice providers. Through our agencies with nursing services, we also provide:
- Care Coordination — Physician and provider visit coordination, vitals monitoring (where state regulations allow), medication delivery, home safety assessments, and other services as needed.
- Referral Services — Our team also helps to initiate referrals to other professionals in the community for supportive services.
Our senior care providers are trained to preserve our clients’ dignity while
providing assistance with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, visits to the
restroom, and assist with transfers and mobility.
Better Home Care for Our Veterans
We serve those who have served our country by offering several programs approved by the Veterans Administration (VA), including its Homemaker and Home Health Aide program. This program offers non-skilled services, case management, and assistance with daily living activities for veterans in need. It also supports isolated veterans and provides respite and support for their caregivers.
